2010 BAY OF QUINTE CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS

Wednesday, October 20 , 2010 Goodrich- Loomis Conservation Area

 

Courses - Three courses will be used. The are: Short Esker, Long Esker and Junior Loop. Marshalls will be strategically situated along the courses. Yellow caution tape will be used to block off some areas. Do not remove this tape. It is the responsibility of the runners to know the PROPER course. We will have bikers to lead the group through the courses.
